All court reservations are made and managed by the Winnetka Park District on their CourtReserve system.
Court reservation privileges are intended primarily to facilitate WPTC membership play.
CourtReserve accounts are individual (not family) accounts and the player making the court reservation must be on court.
Abuse of this benefit may result in court reservation privileges being revoked.
First step: Join WPTC or Renew your annual WPTC membership. Once you have paid your annual membership fee for the current year, WPTC will notify the Winnetka Park District that you are eligible for court reservation privileges.
Second Step: Download Court Reserve app and follow instructions below.
Note: The two systems are not integrated, and we must notify WPD to confirm your membership, and then WPD will enable your court reservation privileges (this could take up to one week). Once enabled, you will be able to use the Court Reserve system,
All new club members should create a Court Reserve account which needs to be approved before being activated. Once approved, members can use their account to reserve, amend or cancel courts within the limitations of their particular membership type.
Existing club members (with CourtReserve accounts) need to renew their CourtReserve privileges annually, after they have renewed their annual WPTC Club Membership. This can be done through the CourtReserve website or app.:
Please note that we do not use the Events section of the CourtReserve app to manage WPTC events - please refer to the Calendar for those details.

Please contact Paul Schwartz or Tanya Hussey if you are having problems with your court reservation account.
